Payment Plan Policy for ProductDive Programs

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests will only be considered within the first 14 days from the date of purchase for our self-paced courses.
  • Refunds will not be granted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Live training events and workshops are non-refundable but may be subject to rescheduling under certain circumstances.

2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within the specified 14-day period.
  • The course content has not been accessed or downloaded.
  • Live training events and workshops must be cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled date to be eligible for a rescheduling or refund.

3. Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at admissions@productdive.com.
  • Provide your full name, contact information, course details, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Refund may take 48-72hrs upon confirmation by our support team of initiating the refund

4. Refund Amount:

  • If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Refunds may be subject to processing fees or deductions, and the final refunded amount will be at the discretion of ProductDive.

5. Course Cancellations:

  • ProductDive reserves the right to cancel a course or training event due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability.
  • In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.

6. Modification of Training Dates:

  • Participants who are unable to attend a live training event on the scheduled date may request a one-time transfer to a future session. This request must be made at least 7 days before the original event date.

7. Exceptions:

  • ProductDive may, at its discretion, consider exceptions to this refund policy based on special circumstances. Such exceptions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
