ProductDive Community Policy

Purpose:

The ProductDive Community Policy aims to foster a positive learning environment, promote mutual respect, and ensure the well-being of our students, staff, and instructors. It outlines expectations for behavior, communication, and conflict resolution within the ProductDive community.

1. Behavior and Conduct:

  • All members of the ProductDive community are expected to treat each other with respect, dignity, and professionalism.
  • Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or any form of disrespectful behaviour between learners, staff, instructors and partners will not be tolerated.
  • Participants are encouraged to engage in constructive dialogue and contribute to a supportive learning atmosphere.

2. Communication:

  • Learners, staff, and instructors are expected to respond to emails or inquiries in a timely manner, typically within 48 hours during business days.
  • Clear and respectful communication is encouraged in all interactions within the ProductDive community.

3. Conflict Resolution:

  • In the event of disputes or conflicts, learners are encouraged to resolve issues through open communication and dialogue.
  • If conflicts cannot be resolved directly, they should be escalated to the Head of Programs for mediation and resolution.

4. Protection of Personal Information:

  • Personal information shared within the ProductDive community, including contact details and academic records, should be treated with confidentiality and respect.
  • Participants are prohibited from sharing or distributing personal information of others without consent.

5. Professionalism:

  • Learners, staff, and instructors are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and activities related to ProductDive.
  • Professional conduct includes punctuality, preparedness, and adherence to academic and ethical standards.

6. Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • ProductDive values partnerships and collaborations with external organizations, industry professionals, and educational institutions.
  • All partnerships and collaborations should align with ProductDive's mission and values and be conducted transparently and ethically.

7. Academic Integrity:

  • Academic integrity is paramount at ProductDive. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated.
  • Students are expected to submit original work and properly cite sources when necessary.

8. Safety and Well-being:

  • ProductDive is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
  • Any concerns related to safety or well-being should be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities or designated personnel.

9. Continuous Improvement:

  • ProductDive is dedicated to continuous improvement and welcomes feedback from our learners and the community.
  • Suggestions for improving programs, services, or policies should be communicated constructively and will be considered for implementation.

10. Compliance:

  • Participants are expected to comply with all policies, rules, and regulations established by ProductDive.
  • Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from programs or termination of employment.
